About Kristyan Kouri, Ph.d
Kristyan Kouri is a sociologist who teaches in the departments of Sociology and Gender and Women's Studies at California State University, Northridge. While Dr. Kouri's early studies focused on black/white interracial families, her current research work examines the interconnections between gender rules, emotional distress, and female perpetrated intimate partner violence.
